WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We take pride in our hand-poured candles. For safely and health precautions, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at contact@omerocandleco.com. No refunds.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At the moment, we only ship to the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).

HOW LONG DO THE OMERO CANDLES BURN?

Our candles can burn up to 65 hours. To increase the life of your candle, allow proper cooling between use, store upright, and trim wick before each burn.

DO YOU HAVE A CORPORATE/ LARGE PARTY DISCOUNT?

If you are interested in making an order of twelve 16 oz. candles or more, email us at contact@omerocandleco.com for discounts and rates. Please include the desired date of delivery to the inquiry.

CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Custom orders for 16 oz tumblers start at a twelve candle minimum. Email us at contact@omerocandleco.com for customizable scents, sizes, and rates. Please include the desired date of delivery to the inquiry.

WHEN WILL I GET MY CANDLE?

We ship from New Jersey using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping generally takes 1-3 business days. Please allow two days for handling. Tracking number is included.
